VS. EUGENE CHRISTOPHER MEYERS:
On December 19, 2024, attorney Christopher Wencker filed a complaint for negligence and gross negligence against Defendant Eugene C. Meyer, on behalf of Ms. Gwendolyn E. White. The complaint stems from Meyer's negligent collision with White on November 2, 2019 at approximately 5:55pm, southbound on Capital Boulevard between Wade Avenue and Peace
Street, in Raleigh, North Carolina.
From White's pleadings, she alleges that Meyer, in collusion with the Rolesville Police Department and subject Wake County judges was motivated by racial hate against her and her now late mother, Elleen White, who died in the state's guardianship custody at a nursing home due to elder abuse on May 13, 2025.
