DR. TIGRESS SYDNEY ACUTE MCDANIEL, JD
YOUR BEST 2026 GREEN PARTY CANDIDATE FOR NC SENATE DISTRICT 41 (CHAR/MECK)
I wasn't sure I was going to add this to my website because "summuhyall" don't respect public figures' boundaries and I don't play 'bout my son.

But he's older now ... and already demonstrating enlightenment soooo ... we'll share a bit. Just a bit ... the bits that matter as to policy affecting our everyday lives because as I always say, "I'm people, too" meaning I am you and do NOT believe that my public figure status somehow makes me better than anyone.

I've decided the best thing to do is share his own words from his author debut, "The Prince and The Peanut." It gives insight into his experiences navigating CMS public schools with EoE. Not all disabilities are visible. Ableism and disability equity is NOT amongst "issues" that are highlighted at campaign forums during election cycles. I wonder why? And yes, that's a rhetorical question. In fact, when I ran for CMS school board, ableism and disability equity NOR 504 plans were not included in candidates' questionnaires NOR covered by news publications. The issues are more often always about MONEY and how city and county government can get more of it.

We can't continue like this, Charlotte.
Go vote on September 9, 2025 for me to be your Mayor of Charlotte. If I'm not successful in the primary, I will not appear on your November ballot. So, GO. VOTE! And thank you in advance for your continued support.

Oh and I will be covering the "issues" of ableism and disability equity on my socials during the 20 days leading up to the primary election. Follow today so you don't miss any posts and LIVE office hours. Socials linked at the bottom of each page of my campaign website.
