On November 27, 2024, I discovered that Tineke Younger is claiming

that she is the originator of my signature cavatappi macaroni and cheese recipe hack.

IYKYK back in early October 2024, I surveyed my followers to gauge interest in a cookbook featuring all of my original non-dairy, food-allergy-considerate, and holistic recipes.

Due to such a positive response and feedback,

immediately thereafter, I announced that I would deliver.

I'd actually hoped that I could publish it before Indigenous People's Day (known disrespectfully as "Thanksgiving Day") but I could not due

to litigative tasks and preparing for the bar exam.

 

On November 27, 2024, I sent a kind request informing

her of infringement upon my copyright/IP, to which she has not responded.

So, on today, November 30, 2024, I sent a legal NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST to her team.
